This is the third installment in my shot at documenting 1,000 Happinesses, something I started in early January. I didn't think it would be so hard to keep up. Some days feel full of their on 1,000 Happinesses and others are more, "meh."
If it is true that "we can only be said to be alive in those moments when our hearts are conscious of our treasures", Thornton Wilder*, than I want to be fully alive and steeped in the practice of gratitude – giving thanks.
If you're interested, you'll find 105 – 199 Happiness-es here.
Join me, please. Add your Happinesses & I'll start incorporating them into the list. Sometimes your points of gratitude warm up the place where other's live – sort of sharing your sunbeam.
